REP. CALVERT STATEMENT ON TEMPORARY ASSIGNMENT TO THE HOUSE APPROPRIATIONS COMMITTEE

Today Congressman Calvert (R-CA) issued the following statement regarding his temporary assignment to the House Appropriations Committee:

"I am taking on the Appropriations Committee position temporarily in order to represent the State of California through the annual appropriations process. I'm eager to get to work on the State's behalf on this important committee.
