WALBERG PRAISES SUPREME COURT DECISION TO UPHOLD PARTIAL BIRTH ABORTION BAN

U.S. Congressman Tim Walberg (R-MI) this morning issued the following statement in response to the Supreme Court's decision to uphold the Partial Birth Abortion Ban Act passed into law in 2003.

"I am pleased with the Supreme Court's decision to uphold the ban on partial-birth abortions," Walberg said. "This decision shows the highest court in our country recognizes the authority of the American people to act through their representatives to ban this hideous procedure."
