Statement of the Hon. Rosa L. DeLauro Army's Decision Regarding Stratford Army Engine Plant
Congresswoman Rosa L. DeLauro (Conn.-3) today released the following statement regarding the Army's decision on the Stratford Army Engine Plant.
"We always knew the Army had the ability to take control of the Stratford Army Engine Plant project. Yet after working for more than a decade with the Army and the Town, yesterday's decision was disappointing. It does not, however, change our goal, which is to work with the Army to move forward and to ensure the needs of the Town of Stratford and its residents are met."
