Dear Colleague:

Later this week, the House of Representatives will be considering H.R. 800, The "Employee Free Choice Act of 2007." I would like to draw your attention to the article on the reverse of this sheet endorsing this legislation, written by Joelle Fishman - the Chair of the Communist Party USA.

I thought that you should be aware of the Communist Party USA's strong support of this bill. This legislation will not strengthen our economy or produce new jobs and economic growth for our constituents. It will merely give union bosses a potential new avenue to harass, coerce and deceive workers into union representation.

Stand up for private ballots, transparency, and workers' rights - vote against the "Employee Free Choice Act of 2007."
