Thune Comments on Iraq Study Group Report

Washington, DC - Senator John Thune made the following comment today regarding the Iraq Study Group report:

"I welcome the ideas put forth today by the Iraq Study Group and as a member of the Senate Armed Services Committee I will be studying them further. Our fight in Iraq is not an easy one, but failure is simply not an option. I have the utmost respect for America's men and women in uniform who are giving so much to so many. I will continue to support our troops as they fight the war on terror," said Thune.
