Boozman Statement on Leadership Election

U.S. Representative John Boozman (R-AR) issued the following statement on Friday's House Republican Leadership election:

"I am pleased with the decision of my fellow Republican Members for the 110th Congress," Boozman said. "It is now incumbent on each and every one of us to take the opportunity before us to come together behind our leadership and represent the issues and values of the men and women who chose to send us to Washington to advocate for their interests.

"I congratulate Republican Leader John Boehner, Whip Roy Blunt, and NRCC Chair Tom Cole on their election, and I look forward to working with the leadership in crafting our future and representing the people of Arkansas' 3rd District."
