Déjà vu: Republican Economic Policies Help Create More Jobs

U.S. Department of Labor announced today that 92,000 jobs were created in October and unemployment fell to 4.4 percent. Congressman Mario Diaz-Balart (R-FL) today praised Republican tax relief policies for continuing the economic growth and job creation.

"Republican economic policies mean more jobs and higher wages," Diaz-Balart said. "With record highs in the stock market and low unemployment, hard-working Americans are having more opportunities to succeed. Republicans are committed to continuing this success by keeping taxes low and also want to effectively address other key issues like health care that may burden families and small businesses.

"Democrats like Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi have their sights set on raising taxes on every American and snuffing out our thriving economy. Success is a good thing, and the House Democrat plan of massive tax hikes on the average American is not the way to continue this nation's economic achievements."
