We must make it easy for anyone who has no criminal record or communicable diseases to enter the United States for any legitimate purpose, while denying entry to those who would do us harm. American property owners on the Mexican border must be empowered to take any non-lethal action to deter unwanted entrants - and tax credits should be made available to help those property owners in their efforts.
