Letter To Friends

Date: May 15, 2006

Dear Friends,

The people of Tennessee deserve a clear choice for Governor, and that is why I am asking for your help today.

As Governor, my focus will be improving education and creating jobs for hard working Tennesseans. I will fight for healthcare reform that does not open the door to a second TennCare. My administration will enforce the constitutional cap on state spending, and ? make no mistake about it ? there will be no state income tax if I am your Governor.

The current administration has allowed corruption within the Tennessee Highway Patrol, the very entity whose purpose is to protect Tennesseans. There is a widespread problem with the ?Good Ole? Boy? network of ticket-fixing and promoting Democrat contributors to higher office within the Tennessee Highway Patrol. My administration will put an end to ?politics as usual.?

I will also work for free and fair elections in our State. I was proud to join a bipartisan majority in the State Senate to remove a member whose election was tainted by fraudulent voters: felons, the deceased, and people voting illegally outside their district.

Governor Bredesen said we were wrong to do this. He supported Ophelia Ford in her bid to gain power through a crooked election, another example of the pervasive ?politics as usual? during his administration.

Please help me offer a clear choice for Tennessee voters: honest government over ?politics as usual,? and elections not clouded with fraud and court battles.

What can you do today to help me reach all Tennesseans with my message? Go to my web site, www.brysonforgovernor.com, and be one of the first people to make an online donation to my campaign.

Today, Monday, May 15, 2006 is the first day I am allowed to raise money to support my bid for governor. Let?s send a loud signal to the powers that be in Nashville that it is time to clean up state government once and for all.

Again, please go to www.brysonforgovernor.com and click on ?Donations? in the right hand column of the screen and make your most generous contribution today.

Thank you in advance for your support,

Senator Jim Bryson
