Pet Protection
I will sponsor legislation requiring disaster planning that includes evacuation and recovery of beloved pets. I will also sponsor legislation requiring that anti-freeze contain additives that make it taste so bad that family pets won't drink it.
Our pets are part of our family and deserve protection. I've been nationally recognized for passing animal welfare legislation in Tennessee that reflects the love and affection we receive from our dogs, cats and other companion animals.
