Mr. JOYCE of Pennsylvania. Mr. Speaker, I rise to join with the family and friends of Walt and Rita Tuchalski in expressing congratulations to this remarkable couple on their 50th wedding anniversary.

Married on June 19, 1976, Walt and Rita have enjoyed notable professional success in their respective careers throughout their years as residents of southcentral Pennsylvania.

Walt has entered his 28th year as a radio and digital marketing consultant in Gettysburg. He is also a proud U.S. Army Veteran. Rita made her mark in sales, advertising, promotions, and special events.

On behalf of everyone in Adams County and the entire 13th Congressional District, I congratulate Walt and Rita on this significant milestone, and thank Walt for his military service to our country.

May their 50th wedding anniversary kindle fond memories of all the people, places, and experiences that are especially meaningful to them.
