Mr. LATIMER. Mr. Speaker, let me continue to recognize the voluntary service of those residents of Co-op City in the Bronx who are serving as building association presidents. We cannot recognize all of them in any one setting, but let me add to the list of names already mentioned for the work that they do to help make Co-op City the outstanding complex that it is:

Leah Graham, Building 23;

KaTrina Dinham, Building 12;

Yvette Livingston, Building 1;

Bernard Cylich, Building 7;

Jewel Crawford-Duncan, Building 10;

Deborah Henry, Building 11;

Bruce Silberman, Building 24;

Barbara Johnson, Buidling 17;

Ezekiel Springer, Building 32;

Helen Atkins, Building 18; and

Sonia Feliciano, Building 19.

There are more buildings and townhouses to recognize, and we will do so in the days to come. This is the Nation's largest cooperative complex. It is run in an exemplary fashion because the residents and their shareholders care deeply about their community.
