Mr. NUNN of Iowa. Mr. Speaker, I rise today to recognize an exceptional individual and valued member of my team, Ms. Caroline Sayers, as she concludes nearly three years of dedicated service to Iowa's 3rd Congressional District.

A proud native of Georgia and devoted University of Georgia Bulldogs fan, Caroline and I have shared a friendly rivalry since her first day on Team Nunn. While her Bulldogs wear red and black and mine wear Drake blue, our shared commitment to hard work, teamwork, and service quickly made Caroline an invaluable member of our team.

As our Senior Policy Advisor, Caroline became one of the most trusted and respected voices on our team. She led our work on some of the most consequential and complex financial services issues before Congress, including housing, banking, cryptocurrency, and artificial intelligence. Her expertise, diligence, and strategic leadership helped advance four pieces of legislation through the House this Congress alone.

Earlier this year, Caroline joined me on a congressional delegation trip to Taiwan, where we engaged key allies and partners to strengthen our national security, expand economic opportunities for Iowa producers, and reinforce America's commitment to a free and open Indo-Pacific.

Many of Caroline's contributions happened behind the scenes. Anyone who has watched a Financial Services Committee hearing knows I occasionally request a prop or visual aid with very little notice. Time and again, Caroline was the one tasked with making it happen--and somehow, she always delivered.

Beyond her impressive policy achievements, Caroline is a mentor to younger staff, a trusted colleague, and a steady presence in our office. Her professionalism, good humor, and unwavering commitment to public service left a lasting mark on Team Nunn and the constituents we serve.

Mr. Speaker, I ask my colleagues to join me in thanking Ms. Caroline Sayers for her outstanding service to Iowa's 3rd Congressional District. We are deeply grateful for her contributions, and we wish Caroline every success in the next chapter of her career and service.
