Mr. CARTER of Georgia. Mr. Speaker, I rise today to recognize Dr. Tim Connelly, an internal medicine physician at Memorial Health University Medical Center, who has been named the 2025 Physician Hero Award recipient by the Georgia Hospital Association.

In addition to serving patients, he plays a vital role as the associate program director for Memorial's internal medicine residency program, helping train the next generation of physicians.
