Gov. Beshear Orders Flags to Half-Staff Monday in Honor of Kentucky Soldier Who Died in Korean War

Statement

U.S. Army Sgt. 1st Class Raymond E. Hall of Mountain Ash, Kentucky, was a member of Charlie Company, 1st Battalion, 19th Infantry Regiment, 24th Infantry Division He was killed in a battle with North Korean People’s Army forces in July 1950.

A graveside service and interment will take place Monday at Calverton National Cemetery in Calverton, New York.
