Mr. KELLY of Pennsylvania. Mr. Speaker, I rise to recognize the outstanding care and emergency response from Independence Health System Butler Memorial Hospital and Allegheny Health Network, Allegheny General Hospital following the July 13 shooting at former President Trump's campaign rally in Butler, Pennsylvania.

These tragedies reveal the enduring strength within our communities and the caregivers who are always there when we need them. The emergency response from our local hospitals included emergency medical service providers, trauma specialists, emergency management leaders, nurses and clinical staff, and countless others who worked together to care for and support the victims at the scene and at their respective facilities.

I thank the medical teams and leaders at Independence Health System Butler Memorial Hospital and Allegheny Health Network, Allegheny General Hospital for their care for the victims and for their unwavering commitment to their communities.
