Baldwin Votes to Protect the Right to IVF

Statement

Every American deserves the right to decide if, how, and when to start a family, without any politicians or judges butting in. Since Republicans overturned Roe v. Wade, that cherished freedom has been put on the chopping block, including access to IVF. I’m proud to have stood with Wisconsin families and voted to protect their right to IVF and to grow their families on their own terms.
