Liberals are furious that #SCOTUS is abiding by the Constitution, shrinking the size of the federal government, and rightly returning authority to the states.

The Biden-Harris plan to pack #SCOTUS (adding just enough seats to swing the majority) is a toxic power grab that would erode the independence of the court.

To quote then-Senator @JoeBiden:

Packing the court is a "bonehead idea."
