"Joe Biden's desperate attempts to return to the era of Obama's failed nuclear deal is an embarrassment. Promoting a strategy of appeasement towards Iran has allowed Tehran to advance their nuclear capabilities and decrease their breakout time for establishing a nuclear weapon. While the Iranian regime props up Hamas and terrorist proxies in the Middle East whose stated objectives are to destroy our greatest ally, Israel, it has never been more crucial to ensure that Iran, the largest state sponsor of terrorism, does not have access to a nuclear weapon. A nuclear Iran is completely unacceptable. I am proud to lead this resolution to unequivocally stand against Iranian aggression and support the use of all means available to prevent Iran from obtaining a nuclear weapon."
