"Yet another grand jury comprised of everyday Americans has reviewed evidence, heard from witnesses, and found reason to charge former President Trump with attempting to overturn the 2020 election.
This indictment focuses on the schemes, criminal conspiracies, and intimidation tactics the former president and his top advisors conducted in Georgia.
Attempting to overturn the will of the voters is anti-American and an attack on the foundation of our democracy. Anyone -- including the former president -- involved in this plot should be fully held accountable. No one is above the law."
