Recognizing June Constituent of the Month Jeri Nicolas

Mr. LEVIN. Mr. Speaker, it is my great honor to recognize Jeri Nicolas as my June Constituent of the Month. As an employee of the North County LGBTQ Resource Center in Oceanside, Jeri embodies the Center's mission by advocating for resources and promoting educational programs to assist members of the LGBTQ+ community and create a more equitable and safer region.

Jeri has more than two decades of experience doing this work. Jeri also uses her background as a native Hawaiian to promote the preservation of Hawaiian culture and conduct outreach to LGBTQ+ individuals in the Asian American and Pacific Islander (AAPI) community. I have no doubt she will continue to make a difference in my district and across our greater region.

During Pride Month, I am proud to celebrate the exceptional efforts of individuals like Jeri Nicolas who spend their time helping others and contribute to our unique and beautiful district. I'm so grateful for CA-19 residents who dedicate their lives to the betterment of our residents and community, and I'm proud to honor Jeri Nicolas as my June Constituent of the Month.
