Accordingly, the Committee rose; and the Speaker pro tempore (Mr. Hunt) having assumed the chair, Mr. Moolenaar, Acting Chair of the Committee of the Whole House on the state of the Union, reported that that Committee, having had under consideration the bill (H.R. 140) to amend title 5, United States Code, to prohibit Federal employees from advocating for censorship of viewpoints in their official capacity, and for other purposes, had come to no resolution thereon.
