Rep. Budd released the following statement after he voted to support H.R. 4040, the Advancing Telehealth Beyond COVID--19 Act:
"During the COVID-19 Pandemic, well over one million people used telehealth resources every week. These resources should not only be preserved in a post-COVID environment, but expanded. That's why I was proud to support the bipartisan Advancing Telehealth Beyond COVID--19 Act, and why I am a sponsor of the bipartisan Telehealth Extension Act. Simply put, all North Carolinians should have access to the full range of telehealth resources available using cutting edge technology."
