Congressman Jim Costa (CA-16), a member of the House Foreign Affairs Committee and Congressional Armenian Caucus released the following statement condemning Azerbaijan's attacks on Armenia:

"I condemn Azerbaijan's unprovoked attack on Armenia. My heart goes out to the people of Armenia and I stand strong with them. Azerbaijan has been unwilling to comply with the peace process and we must hold them accountable."
