The House will now move swiftly to take up this legislation and send it to @POTUS' desk for his signature.

With this life-saving legislation, we open up access to VA health care to 3.5 million Post-9/11 combat veterans potentially exposed to deadly toxins, while granting presumptions of exposure for veterans with rare cancers and other debilitating diseases.

This legislation includes the Camp Lejeune Justice Act to allow veterans & their loved ones to seek damages related to injuries incurred while serving at Camp Lejeune.
