Norton Announces Community Project Funding Application Process

Congresswoman Eleanor Holmes Norton (D-DC) today announced the process for applying to her office for Community Project Funding, formerly known as earmarks, for fiscal year 2023. For a Community Project Funding request to be considered, eligible entities must submit an application by noon on April 13, 2022, to NortonCommunityProjectFunding@mail.house.gov. Late or incomplete applications, including applications that do not provide the information required by the relevant subcommittee, cannot be considered.
