Rep. Zeldin Reacts to President Zelenskyy's Address to Congress

Statement

Congressman Lee Zeldin (R, NY-1), member of the House Foreign Affairs Committee and a United States Army veteran, just issued the following statement in response to Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy's address to Congress:

"President Zelenskyy's courage and leadership of the Ukrainian people, as they face an unprovoked, illegitimate, and illegal invasion and outright genocide perpetrated by Vladimir Putin, continues to be inspiring and remarkable. My position remains that the United States must use all diplomatic, informational and economic instruments of national power at our disposal to support Ukraine and deter Russia's aggression. The purpose and goal must be to help de-escalate this conflict as soon as possible."
