Rep. John B. Larson (CT-01) released the following statement on Connecticut Treasurer Shawn Wooden's decision not to seek re-election.

"Shawn Wooden has been a phenomenal Treasurer. I have been proud to work with him over the past few years on creating a national Baby Bonds program. His decision to not seek re-election is a loss for the State of Connecticut, but I know his public service isn't over. I wish him and his family well," said Larson.
