DelBene Releases Infrastructure Guides Highlighting Historic Funding Heading to WA

Today, Congresswoman Suzan DelBene (WA-01) released four guides underscoring the poor condition of infrastructure in Washington state and how the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act will begin to help address decades of underinvestment. The guides focus on:

Roads
Bridges
Broadband
Water Infrastructure

"Washington's infrastructure, including our roads, bridges, broadband, and water infrastructure, have long been neglected, leaving our state with a "C' rating from the American Society of Civil Engineers. We can do better," said DelBene. "The bipartisan infrastructure law is a forward-looking, once-in-a-generation investment that will help us rebuild, restore, and strengthen Washington infrastructure to support our communities for decades to come. I am excited to welcome this funding to the 1st Congressional District and to continue working with our local and state officials to ensure these federal investments deliver for Washingtonians."
