"Today, I was proud to sign S. 3294, legislation that will bring to the United States Capitol statues of Justice Sandra Day O'Connor and Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg: the first two women ever to serve on the Supreme Court.
On this sad day, we also laid a sunflower wreath at the MLK Memorial: a tribute to the people of Ukraine as they courageously defend democracy. Congress and the Country remain unwavering in our unity and solidarity with the people of Ukraine and in our prayers for peace."
