Griffith Applauds $500,000 Grant for Wise County Sewer Project

The Appalachian Regional Commission today awarded $500,000 to the Wise County Public Service Authority for a new sewer system to serve the Hamiltontown community. Congressman Morgan Griffith (R-VA) issued the following statement:
"This new sewer system will better serve the residents of Wise County in the Hamiltontown area by replacing aging septic systems. Today's award by the Appalachian Regional Commission of $500,000 for a new sewer system will improve public health and water quality of the Guest River."
