"Vladimir Putin's barbaric war against Ukraine demands strong action and I'm proud to support critical military aid to help Ukraine defend itself against Russia's aggression.

"This vote also includes important provisions to help address the crisis at the southern border by allowing President Trump's Remain in Mexico program to continue, providing funding to ICE and CBP to hire more agents, and adding additional funding for border security.

"This bill also strengthens our national security by providing funding to counter China, allows for the purchase of additional military equipment, and supports Israel's Iron Dome missile defense system and President Trump's Abraham Accords.

"Finally, the bill includes funding to hire more law enforcement officers to keep our communities safe."
