U.S. Senator Jon Ossoff is working to help Americans who have been targeted by workplace sexual assault and harassment secure justice.

He is calling on Congress to pass bipartisan legislation he co-sponsored that would end forced arbitration for survivors of sexual assault and harassment and give them the chance to bring their case to court.

"I'm championing this bill to ensure Georgians aren't prevented by their employment contracts from seeking justice for workplace sexual assault and harassment," Sen. Ossoff said.
