Rep. Ron Estes (R-Kansas) reacted to today's Supreme Court vaccine mandate rulings.

"The Supreme Court's decision to block a clearly unconstitutional mandate from OSHA is a major win for Kansans, highlighting the gross overreach that the Biden administration has tried to force on hardworking Americans," said Rep. Estes. "The ruling follows an amicus brief I joined that urged the justices to recognize the lawlessness of OSHA's burdensome mandate"
