Congressman Roger Williams (TX-25) issued the following statement regarding the Supreme Court's decision to block the Biden Administration's vaccine mandate for businesses:
"Today's Supreme Court ruling is a tremendous win for Texans and American small business owners. The federal government should not be in the business of making personal medical decisions. This ruling from the Supreme Court reaffirms the American peoples' constitutionally protected liberties and rejects the idea that the federal government has a right to override individual choices. It is time the President stops obsessing over tyrannical mandates and focus instead on the multiple crises he created, from the border to inflation to supply chain."
