Cassidy Speaks Out on False Claims Against Israel

U.S. Senator Bill Cassidy, M.D. (R-LA) today released a statement after Amnesty International released a report falsely claiming that Israel is an apartheid state which has implemented "cruel policies of segregation, dispossession and exclusion across all territories under its control."
"This report from Amnesty International is the latest in a long line of propaganda attempting to demonize and delegitimize the Nation of Israel and undo the advances of peace in the region. Israel has made a commitment to peaceful relations with the Arab world. We should build upon that progress," said Dr. Cassidy.
