Today Congressman Lou Correa (CA-46), issued the following statement:

Rep. Correa said, "The much-criticized Trump Administration's Remain in Mexico Policy has been reinstated due to a federal court order. While I appreciate that the Biden Administration is committed to continue to fight to terminate this harmful policy, I hope that the Biden Administration ensures there is a workable solution in the meantime that keeps refugees safe and that will provide a timely judicial process for refugee claims."
