Today, Congressman Andrew Clyde (GA-09) released the following statement in advance of President Biden and Vice President Harris' visit to Atlanta, Georgia this afternoon.
"Instead of slandering the Peach State, Biden should take an honest look into the voting laws of his home state - which prior to this year denied voters in-person early voting. In fact, Delaware currently only requires 10 early voting days - less than Georgia's minimum of 17.
"Georgians - like all Americans - want free, fair, and honest elections, which is why they see straight through this political publicity stunt. Truthfully, Biden and Harris' time would be better spent addressing the slew of crises they've created, such as hyperinflation, chaos at our southern border, and surging crime - just to name a few."
