States like Texas & Missouri have enacted draconian abortion restrictions. And, after allowing the dangerous SB8 to proceed, the Supreme Court could potentially strike a devastating blow to Roe when it rules on Dobbs v. Jackson.

In the face of an all-out assault, @HouseDemocrats are leading the charge to defend reproductive freedoms. In September, the House passed the Women's Health Protection Act, which would ensure every person can make their own health decisions -- and it must be enacted immediately.

Democrats are united in our belief that every person has the Constitutional right to basic health care. As we mark this momentous anniversary, let us renew our pledge to never relent in defending health freedom across our nation."
