Today, Rep. Ted Budd (R-NC) joined Sen. Mike Braun (R-IN), Rep. Fred Keller (R-PA), over 150 House colleagues, and 50 U.S. Senators to introduce a Congressional Review Act resolution to nullify the proposed Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) COVID-19 vaccine mandate for private sector employers with over 100 employees.
Rep. Budd said in a statement:
"Every American should have the freedom to decide for themselves whether or not to receive the COVID-19 vaccine. Placing this extreme federal mandate on private businesses and employees is unconstitutional and wrong. I'm glad to help introduce legislation that would stop this blatant executive overreach in its tracks."
