Following U.S. Senator Jon Ossoff's push,the U.S. House of Representatives voted last week to surge funding to community health centers in Georgia and nationwide.
Sen. Ossoff called for additional funding for community health centers in September.
"I will keep fighting to boost funding for Georgia's clinics and community health centers because every Georgian deserves the best health care in the world and our medical teams need our full support, especially during this pandemic," Sen. Ossoff said.
