Today, Congressman Rick Allen (GA-12) joined all 50 Republican Senators and more than 160 House members in introducing a Congressional Review Act (CRA) resolution to nullify President Biden's vaccine mandate for private workplaces.
"Top-down government mandates do not work -- the decision to get a vaccine should be a personal choice between an individual and their doctor," said Rep. Allen. "The Biden Administration is abusing their power by implementing this unprecedented and likely unconstitutional mandate on private workplaces. This rule will cripple job creators while worsening our nation's current labor shortage, supply chain crisis and rising prices for everyday goods and services. I'm proud to stand for the rights of employers and employees by using our authority under the Congressional Review Act to seek to block this federal overreach."
