Statement of U.S. Senator Mitch McConnell On The Confirmation Of Mike Duncan As TVA Board Member

U.S. Senate Majority Whip Mitch McConnell released the following statement today on the confirmation of Mike Duncan to the Board of Directors of the Tennessee Valley Authority:

"I am pleased the Senate confirmed Mike Duncan to serve on the TVA board. Mike is an intelligent, experienced, capable man of integrity who will bring all his talents and energy to the much-needed task of reforming the TVA. He is an excellent addition to the board and I wish him well."
