U.S. Senator Kevin Cramer (R-ND) announced today the U.S. Department of Agriculture's (USDA) Rural Development awarded $45,000,000 to Roughrider Electric Cooperative, Inc. in Hazen, North Dakota.

The funds will be used to connect 243 consumers and to build and improve 291 miles of line.
