Hudson Outrages by Red Flag Laws in National Defense Bill

U.S. Representative Richard Hudson (NC-08) released the following statement on the National Defense Authorization Act:

"I am outraged that House Democrats have once again hidden red flag laws in this year's national defense bill. I have led efforts to protect the Second Amendment for our troops and veterans, and am determined to fight this dangerous overreach which jeopardizes the rights of active-duty servicemembers. Like last year, I will work to ensure this and other troubling provisions are removed from the final NDAA as negotiations continue."
