Ms. DelBENE. Madam Speaker, I rise today to recognize Kathryn ``Katie'' Holloway of Lake Stevens, Washington on her fourth Paralympic medal and her second gold medal for Team USA in Sitting Volleyball. Ms. Holloway has helped shape the Sitting Volleyball program since she first competed in 2008. Her strength and determination are clear not only in her performances as a four-time Paralympian, but as a four-year Division I athlete on her college's basketball team.

Madam Speaker, I ask my colleagues to join me in honoring Ms. Holloway, an incredible athlete, role model, and teammate on her gold medal at the Tokyo 2020 Paralympic Games. I could not be happier that the next generation of athletes has role models like Ms. Holloway to look up to and pave the way.
