McCaul Statement on Events in Tunisia

House Foreign Affairs Committee Lead Republican Michael McCaul has released the following statement on recent events in Tunisia.

"In the ten years since the Arab spring, Tunisians have worked together diligently to build a democracy. I am deeply concerned that the events of the last few days threaten that hard-won progress. I urge stakeholders from all parts of the government in Tunisia to work together peacefully and in accordance with the constitution and rule of law to resolve this crisis expeditiously."
