Rep. Chip Roy (TX-21) issued the following statement Wednesday in regards to the ongoing attacks on Israel:

The United States must fully and unequivocally stand shoulder-to-shoulder with Israel and support Israel's right to defend itself. As Iranian-backed Hamas and Palestinian Islamic Jihad deliberately launch more than 1,000 missiles and rockets into Israeli cities, the United States must also stand ready to provide Israel with any additional resources that may be necessary to respond to these attacks and protect its people.
