Congressman Gonzalez Condemns Recent Attacks on AAPI Community

Statement

Today, Congressman Vicente Gonzalez (TX-15) issued a statement condemning the attacks on members of the Asian American and Pacific Islander (AAPI) community across the United States:

"I am sickened by the racist and brazen attacks on AAPI people and communities in recent weeks. The AAPI community and culture enriches our society and makes America a better place. It's on us to call out racism and xenophobia, stand up to bullies, and protect our neighbors and friends. I condemn these attacks and will continue to speak out in support of the AAPI community."
