Congressman Don Bacon (NE-02) released the following statement after voting in favor of the FY21 National Defense Authorization Act:
"Last night I voted in favor of the Defense Bill that gives us the best deterrence capabilities against China and Russia, and invests in cyber, stealth, and a strong Navy. My measure that initiates making UNMC a national hub for pandemic readiness is also in the bill. Peace through strength is a conservative value and this bill delivers it."
